With 13 years of experience spanning finance, business development, and non-profit leadership, Jon brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and community focus to his work.

Most recently, Jon served as VP of Lending at Pathway Lending for four years, delivering $35 million in debt financing to businesses across Tennessee. Prior to that, Jon led business development efforts for an agriculture finance startup, closing the company’s largest transaction.

Jon holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University, Owen Graduate School of Management. He also earned a BA in Economics-Political Science from Columbia University, where he was a dedicated member of the baseball team, serving as team captain and earning All-Ivy League and Academic All-Conference honors.

When not working, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and their three young sons and can often be found on the pickleball court.
